Brach Lupher

Brach Lupher is working with HRI's Endowed Chair, Dr. Jim Gibeaut, in the Coastal and Marine Geospatial Lab where he serves as the GIS data manager and develops geospatial web and software applications. Brach has a B.S. in Geographic Information Science from Texas A&M University - Corpus Christi. Brach is interested in geographic information science, cartography, web-based mapping and GIS services, and open-source GIS.
