Rosalie Rossi, M.S.
Rosalie Rossi is a biologist and Technical Coordinator for the Gulf of Mexico Research Initiative Information and Data Cooperative (GRIIDC), compiling and organizing data, metadata, and other information related to the coastal and marine ecosystem of the Gulf of Mexico. She works with researchers from around the Gulf in order to facilitate data sharing. Rosalie received her bachelor’s degree in zoology at Texas A&M University and her master’s degree in biology at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Her previous job was with the National Park Service at Padre Island National Seashore with the Division of Sea Turtle Science and Recovery where she worked primarily with Kemp’s ridley sea turtles. Rosalie has a diverse background in ornithology, herpetology, website support, and data management.
